Join Alex Buerckholtz (owner of Hops and Vines) on November 18, as he taps a cask of Death by Hops, his award winning recipe that won the 2010 Olde Hickory Pro-Am Brewing Competition. we will also feature a “regular” keg of Death by Hops.
Alex will share with you his experiences as a homebrewer. (Alex also won the 2009 Highland Cup) If you always wanted to try to brew your own beer, come and see Alex to find out what you need to start brewing your own beer. (PS. Homebrewing kits also make awesome holiday gifts!)
Members from MALT (Mountain Ale and Lager Tasters, a homebrewing club located in Asheville) will also be on hand to answer questions and sign-up new members.
