Beer dinner featuring plow to pint & farm to table with Sean Lilly Wilson and Chef Mark Rosenstein.

Monday July 19th we will host an event featuring Sean Lilly Wilson of “Pop the Cap” & Fullsteam Brewing fame. We will be serving the plow to pint series (Fullsteam’s radical Southern brewing) together with a Four Course Dinner featuring “farm to table” food prepared by nationally recognized Chef Mark Rosenstein.
The common theme? Plow-to-pint beers are crafted with Southern farmed ingredients…going local, seasonal, and organic whenever possible.
Chef Rosenstein’s is a pioneer of the Slow food movement in Asheville, promoting local products and helping to build a local agricultural community.
Tickets are $30 (including tax & gratuity) & space for the dinner is limited to 30 people
